At Sehha Healing Center, we embrace a comprehensive approach to treating Insomnia by enhancing sleep quality in compliance with Islamic Shariah.

  • Addressing Metabolic and Environmental Risks to Improve Sleep: First, an initial assessment is made to determine the metabolic and environmental factors contributing to Insomnia. This then serves as the foundation for developing individual care plans to tackle these concerns and further help improve sleep patterns.
  • Optimization of Sleep Through Diet and Lifestyle: Our approach involves diet and lifestyle modifications to enhance sleep. According to Sunnah, this aspect refers to the recommended types of food intake to ease relaxation and the recommendations of prohibited foods that interfere with sleep, at night or during the day.
  • Preventing and Managing Chronic Insomnia: Physical exercise, relaxation therapies, and proper sleep hygiene are recommended to prevent and treat chronic Insomnia. Our expert team recommends how these habits can be successfully implemented into one’s lifestyle.
