Initial 90-minute consult to review imbalances in your body and possible root causes. We will work together to create a personalized plan with both nutritional and lifestyle recommendations.
4x – 45-minute sessions (biweekly) to learn interactively, ask questions, and strategize success by setting targeted, achievable goals.
2x – 60-minute Nutri Q Evaluation Sessions with a complete NAQ analysis
Personalized meal plans, shopping lists, and new recipes.
Unlimited questions and chat via text access on the Practice Better app during normal business hours.

How to Enroll?

Fill out the intake consultation form, answer quick questions, and choose the 3-month customized program at the time of program selection. It is this simple!

Important Notice!

* This is a time-sensitive program designed to be followed over the course of 3 months in order to attain optimal results and succeed in achieving your set health goals. There is a grace period of 4 extra weeks in the event of the need to reschedule.

At the end of 4 months, any remaining sessions will expire unless previously agreed upon with your practitioner.
